a name that can be named is not the constant name

We learn on a need-to-know basis. An employee is told only what she/he needs to know to perform required tasks. In addition Bush/Cheney/Rove tell us what they need us to know, eg Iraq has acquired yellow cake uranium, so that they can have compliant masses for the task at hand. But is their agenda driven by the Project for a New American Century, Oil, a dictatorial desire for empire building, racial hatred, or some patchwork of many such factors? Bush/Cheney/Rove have the simple answers; I don't.
